It is all MSP’s wish to have one tool to remotely manage, monitor and maintain all their different clients’ vast infrastructures and all the components therein thus the RMM tool was born. It enables us to be more efficient which in turn earns us more money while leveraging fewer resources in less time. IT is a win win situation!
